WHAT WE DO
We develop practical solutions to workplace and organizational disputes. We come from industry, government, and academia to offer consultation, mediation, EEO fact-finding, negotiation skills training, and more. All associates have advanced degrees with extraordinary work experience. Our associates are practicing professionals. Each chosen based on his or her unique skills, reputation, and ability to contribute to your success.
In today’s world, conflict is ever present in our places of work, neighborhoods and homes. There has never been a greater need for professionals thoroughly trained in negotiation, dispute resolution, and mediation to help organizations avoid or mitigate employment disputes.
Whether it consists of a dispute between two business units, an employee discrimination complaint, or a dispute with a vendor or customer, we can help resolve complicated disputes.
We offer advanced negotiation training to improve your skills, so you can negotiate the best solution to issues faced by your team. We also offer mediation, an assisted negotiation by a neutral third party.
It is our philosophy that disputes be approached pragmatically, with an emphasis on real-world, ethical long-term solutions. This practical negotiation-based technique separates us from most other dispute resolution services. We focus on developing solutions through mediation techniques and negotiation training because those are our strengths. We know how to effectively develop creative solutions that work for all parties in a dispute.
Braverman Associates offers a free, no-cost initial consultation with additional services at competitive rates. Fee quotes are available upon request on an hourly, daily, or per project basis, depending on the services rendered.
NEGOTIATION SKILLS WORKSHOP
Our highly interactive skills training will sharpen your existing negotiation and dispute resolution abilities. We carefully balance theory and practice. Managers, employees, individuals working on contracts, dealing with fee disputes, sales staff, attorneys, customer service representatives, human resources professionals, regulatory authorities, and administrators all can benefit from enhanced negotiation and dispute resolution effectiveness.
EEO FACT-FINDING AND CASE ANALYSIS
Before your company takes the next employee termination action, or settles that EEO complaint, consider having a skilled, neutral professional prepare an independent confidential fact-finding report.
Braverman Associates will give you an objective assessment of the facts. You will then be able to make a better-informed decision as what action will best meet your organization's needs.
Serving as a third-party neutral, Braverman Associates mediates between disputing parties to quickly and systematically pursue a mutually agreed upon resolution.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) PROGRAM DESIGN
Disputes are inevitable. Litigation resulting from disputes is not. Having a quality dispute resolution process in place can improve productivity and often avoid costly litigation.
CUSTOMIZED CORPORATE TRAINING
We carefully balance theory and practice in designing highly interactive negotiation and conflict resolution training for corporate clients.
Seminars, trainings, and workshops offered by Braverman Associates LLC, run from 2 to 30 hours of instructional material. Full descriptions of each course are available upon request.
